This Knowhow Licensing Agreement is executed on 13 April 2026 between the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi, and Regenius Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, for the licensing and development of ZrB2-SiC ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTC) derived from zircon sand. Under this agreement, CSIR grants the company rights related to the technical knowhow, research, and development associated with the technology, while Regenius Technologies Pvt. Ltd. undertakes responsibilities for implementation, commercialization, and further advancement of the licensed technology in accordance with the mutually agreed terms and conditions.

This Incubation Agreement is entered into on 04 May 2026 between IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park (IITBBS REP) and the founders, Mr. Omkar Behera and Mr. Kalpataru Behera, representing Regenius Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The agreement establishes the terms under which IITBBS REP will provide incubation support, infrastructure, mentorship, and entrepreneurial assistance to the startup for the development and growth of its business activities. The founders agree to comply with the incubation policies, operational guidelines, and obligations set forth by IITBBS REP during the incubation period.
